I began this career path back in 1995 after working for several years in the Pharmaceutical industry doing Clinical Research. Unsuited to a desk job in a multinational company I switched to something more “hands on “ quite literally I completed my training in Sports and Remedial Massage. As you will see below my thirst for skills and knowledge just went from there. I am especially interested in a more experiential approach to learning , as it helps a person to build confidence in how their body moves.

Alongside my work interests I have 2 children who keep me and my husband Paul busy on taxi duties and attending various sporting events. In my spare time I like to get outdoors, mountainbiking, offroad running or getting out to the coast or the mountains if time allows
In my younger years I was a keen athlete and hockey player the pinnacle of my sporting career was to play for the U19 England XI.
