Mindfulness on the Mat

Every few weeks I hold a small group class at the studio in Abingdon where we have time to explore the mind body and breath relationship in movement and posture.  Habits in mind and body can limit our movement or even cause  discomfort. However as we know letting go of habits isn’t easy . The format of the class mixes Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and gentle exploratory movements ( for instance cat stretch or bridge) in a relaxed learning environment.
